Overcoming the Down Payment Hurdle Class Request Form

1. Make your request a minimum of a month in advance of the class date.
2. The one-hour class should be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.
3. Please do not schedule a class the business day before or after a holiday.
4. We require a minimum of 30 RSVPs to hold a class.
5. Provide host and sponsor logos in one of the following formats: JPG, PNG, GIF
