TSAHC has received a $500 donation from Cendera Funding, an approved lender participating in our home buyer programs. The contribution will support the Texas Financial Toolbox www.texasfinancialtoolbox.com, which connects Texas consumers with home buyer and financial education providers in their communities. Specifically, we will use this support from Cendera Funding toward the site's mortgage calculator tool, which helps home buyers estimate their mortgage interest rate based on their credit score.
