Premier Nationwide Lending's Ginger Smith--one of TSAHC's top loan officers in 2015--has generously donated $500 to support TSAHC's Texas Financial Toolbox www.texasfinancialtoolbox.com online resource. The Texas Financial Toolbox connects Texas families with home buyer and financial education providers in their community who can help them prepare to buy a home and achieve other financial goals. This donation will support the site's mortgage calculator, which helps potential home buyers estimate their mortgage interest rate based on their credit score.
