TSAHC has been awarded a $5,000 grant from Insperity to support the Texas Financial Toolbox, an online resource that connects Texans with homeownership and financial education programs in their communities. Specifically, the grant will help support the mortgage calculator tool, which provides detailed information on the home buying process, a glossary of terms, and an interest rate tool that helps potential homeowners estimate their mortgage interest rate based on their FICO score.
The Texas Financial Toolbox was made possible in part by a 2011 grant from Insperity, and we're thrilled to continue our partnership with Insperity to help Texans access the educational resources they need to become successful homeowners.
