Step 3: Important Documents
Before you contact a participating lender, it will be important that you have the following information to provide the lender of your choice:
• Pay stubs for the past three months and proof of any other income;
• Tax returns for the past three years;
• W-2 forms for the past three years;
• Recent bank statements for all your accounts; and
• If applicable, complete rental histories since your last tax return.
