Step 3: Important Documents
Before you contact a participating lender, it will be important that you have the following information to provide the lender of your choice:
- Pay stubs for the past three months and proof of any other income;
- Tax returns for the past three years;
- W-2 forms for the past three years;
- Recent bank statements for all your accounts; and
- If applicable, complete rental histories since your last tax return.
