For Lenders

The Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation relies on valuable lenders in assisting our deserving clients. Lenders participating in our programs have the ability to offer below market interest rate mortgages, along with down payment and closing cost assistance, to qualifying borrowers across the state. The Corporation currently offers the Homes Sweet Texas Loan, Homes for Texas Heroes and Professional Educators Home Loan Programs. These programs were created by the Texas Legislature in acknowledgment of some of Texas ' finest and most deserving professionals.

For Existing Lenders

It is important that our borrowers have access to all those lenders participating in our programs.  Please click on the Lenders List link in the left hand column to view those lenders currently participating in our first-time homebuyer programs, and verify that your name and contact information are correct. If information is in need of revision, please send the applicable changes to Paige McGilloway at pmcgilloway@tsahc.org .
