The Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation in partnership with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and eHousingPlus are excited to offer qualifying borrowers a fixed interest rate loan with downpayment assistance though our Home Loan Programs. Below is a link to eHousingPlus where you can find the guidelines, forms and training materials available to assist qualifying borrowers with TSHAC’s Home Loan Programs.

We encourage every lender to learn how to assist their borrower with these programs. Please click here to learn about training available to you. Only those lenders that have participated in training can provide assistance to qualifying borrowers and be listed on the Lenders List.

Priority Markets Initiative Program - Limited Funds Available
TSAHC is offering the Priority Markets Initiative Program to borrowers purchasing a home in El Paso County whose home is being financed with TSAHC's Home Loan Programs. The Priority Markets Initiative Program provides qualifying borrowers down payment and closing costs assistance in addition to the level of assistance provided by TSAHC's Home Loan Programs. Up to 2% of additional assistance may be provided. This additional assistance will be given as a grant, with no repayment required. The total level of assistance provided by TSAHC may never exceed a net of 5% of the first lien loan amount to the borrower.
