For New Lenders
If you are interested in becoming a participating lender, please complete the applicable Lender Invitation. A Lender Invitation must be completed and approved prior to any lender providing one of our first-time homebuyer programs to their borrowers.

For Existing Lenders
It is important that our borrowers have access to contact information for all those lenders participating in our programs. Please click on the Lenders List link in the left hand column to view those lenders currently participating in our first-time homebuyer programs, and verify that your name and contact information are correct. Please keep in mind, only those lenders who have participated in training may be listed. If information is in need of revision, please send the applicable changes to Paige McGilloway at pmcgilloway@tsahc.org .
