Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation will be holding two public hearings regarding the proposed issuance of one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds to provide financing for the acquisition, renovation, rehabilitation and equipping of a multifamily housing project to be known as Woodside Village Apartments consisting of an apartment building or buildings containing approximately 92 units (the “Project”), as well as to fund any working capital for the Project, any reserve funds and costs of issuance for the Bonds. The Project will be located at 2020 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Palestine, Anderson County, Texas, and will be owned by DHI Woodside Apartments, LLC and its successors and assigns, and will be operated by US Residential Group, LLC. The maximum aggregate face amount of the Bonds to be issued with respect to the Project is $7,000,000.
