Important COVID-19 Update

Please note:

  1. Our minimum credit score is still 620 for government loans and 640 for conventional loans. Temporary overlay Effective 5/4/20: All government loans reserved on or after 5/4/20, with total DTI's greater than 45.00%, will be required to have a minimum 700 representative credit score.
  2. Our lock period is still 60 days. This lock period encompasses your processing/underwriting/closing and successful delivery of your loan to Lakeview - our master servicer.
