The Corporation is publishing draft Guidelines, Scoring Criteria and Targeted Housing Needs for the Allocation of Qualified Residential Rental Project Tax Exempt Bonds under the Multifamily Housing Private Activity Bond Program Request for Proposals and the 501(c)(3) Bond Program Policies for Calendar Year 2021. The Board approved a draft on October 14, 2020.
The Corporation will include written public comments received before December 9, 2020 in its final recommendations to the Board.
