The grant will support the Texas Statewide Homebuyer Education Program (TSHEP), which provides affordable, high quality training opportunities to Texas housing and financial counselors. TSAHC will utilize this generous contribution specifically to support a weeklong training workshop in Houston in August 2016, to be hosted by Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas- Houston branch.
With support from JPMorgan Chase, TSAHC will be able to cover 90% of each counselor’s tuition costs, ensuring that the training is affordable for our nonprofit counseling partners. For more information about the TSHEP program, click here.
