TSAHC 1910 MLK, LLC, an affiliate of the Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC), has issued a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for general contracting services for a 23-unit affordable condominium project located in East Austin at 1910 E.
