Notice is hereby given of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for developers to assist with the redevelopment of a multifamily project site in Plano, Texas. This RFP and all associated agreements will be administered under the Corporation’s Affordable Communities of Texas land banking program(ACT). The deadline for applications is Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Applications must be typewritten on the application materials provided by the Corporation. Handwritten applications will not be accepted.
