TSAHC would like to recognize Texas Community Bank, ADVOCATE LEVEL SPONSOR of the 2024 Texas Supportive Housing Institute. The Institute is a training initiative that provides nonprofit development teams
with information, resources, and tools to create successful permanent supportive housing (PSH) projects in their communities.
PSH is a national model of housing + supportive services that has been proven to help vulnerable individuals and families improve their health outcomes and financial stability. PSH is considered the most effective housing intervention for serving individuals living with a serious persistent mental illness, and persons experiencing chronic homelessness or at-risk of homelessness.
Texas Community Bank's generous $10,000 investment will help to ensure that TSAHC can continue to offer the Institute at no charge to participating development teams. We are very grateful for Texas Community Bank and their support and partnership as we seek to improve the housing options available to Texans experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
