TSAHC Receives $10,000 Grant from Texas Community Bank

Categories: Grant/Donation Announcements

TSAHC recently received a $10,000 grant from Texas Community Bank in support of the Texas Supportive Housing Institute, a TSAHC initiative that provides nonprofit developers with the information, resources, and tools they need to create successful permanent supportive housing (PSH) projects in their communities. PSH is considered the most effective housing intervention for serving individuals living with a serious persistent mental illness, and persons experiencing chronic homelessness or at-risk of homelessness.

With this grant, Texas Community Bank is supporting the efforts of development teams in San Antonio to establish PSH developments that will help vulnerable residents lead healthier and more stable lives.

We would like to thank Texas Community Bank for their support of the Institute!
