TSAHC and LISC San Antonio are hosting a half-day workshop on Developing and Implementing a Successful Permanent Supportive Housing Program. This training will be a complementary pre-conference session offered prior to the kickoff of the 2019 Texas Conference on Ending Homelessness.
The workshop will provide participants with the knowledge needed to plan and implement a successful permanent supportive housing project, a model utilized to house the most vulnerable homeless populations.
This session will explain the real estate development process and proforma assumptions that are specific to this model, as well as best practices in case management and housing retention.
The training is ideal for nonprofit housing developers, social service agencies, public officials or their staff, property managers and others interested in utilizing the model to end homelessness in their community.
