Information for Renters
Generally speaking, renters facing hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic should contact their landlord to communicate their situation if there is a disruption to timely rental payments.
While most federal relief programs are no longer accepting applications, we encourage you to check the links below as additional resources may become available.

Information for Homeowners
If the COVID-19 crisis has impacted your ability to make on-time mortgage payments, you are encouraged to contact to your loan servicer to see what payment arrangements can be made.
If your mortgage is guaranteed by the federal government (FHA, VA and USDA loans), Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, you may be eligible for reduced or suspended mortgage payments for up to 12 months.
