Mortgage Lending Companies

We welcome mortgage lenders who are interested in participating in our home buyer programs.

To become an approved lender or renew your company’s participation, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit signed agreement(s).

    DPA Lender Participation Agreement
    MCC Lender Participation Agreement

  2. Submission options:

  3. Complete Lender Registration and provide the preferred contact information.

    MCC IRS Reporting: Receives MCC IRS reports from TSAHC
    TSAHC Expert: Assists employees with internal LOS and processes

LO, Processor, and UW Required Training

We welcome loan officers, processors, and underwriters who are interested in participating in our home buyer programs. Each role is required to complete training before accessing TSAHC programs and Lender Portal. Additionally, training is broken down into four modules and each lasts approximately one hour.

If you are a loan officer working for a mortgage company, please ensure your company is approved to offer TSAHC by visiting the approved mortgage company list.

Mortgage Brokers & Wholesale Originators: Mortgage Broker Training
This module covers program requirements and how to qualify for TSAHC programs. This is the only training required for mortgage brokers and wholesale originators. Mortgage Broker Training

This module covers program requirements, how to qualify a home buyer, how to make a reservation in the Lender Portal, and upload underwriter certifications. Module I Training:
