Become an Approved Lender
Give your borrowers more options—and give your business a competitive advantage.
TSAHC’s home buyer programs provide down payment assistance (DPA) and a tax saving benefit through the mortgage credit certificates (MCC) that can help more Texans become homeowners. As an approved lender, you’ll gain access to tools and resources designed to help you serve a wider range of borrowers, close more loans, and build lasting relationships in your market.
