Expanding Access to Homeownership & Affordable Rentals

TSAHC partners with a network of participating mortgage companies to provide fixed rate mortgage loans with down payment assistance to both new and repeat home buyers. Home buyers who have not owned a home in the past three years can also apply for a federal income tax credit called a Mortgage Credit Certificate. Together, these programs can save home buyers thousands of dollars every year in up front and ongoing homeownership-related expenses.
