Announcing A New $4 Million Down Payment Assistance Program for Flood-Impacted Households

This week TSAHC, Connective, and the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country announced a new down payment assistance program for Kerr County residents affected by the July 4th floods.

Funded by the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund, the $4 million investment is part of the Foundation’s larger $40 million commitment to help local residents regain stable housing.
