Meet Our Guest—Denise King
Denise is a top TSAHC participating lender and a member of our Lender Advisory Council. She is a Houston-based loan officer with Cornerstone Home Lending who has been in the mortgage business since 1993. Working her way up from an entry-level position in the appraisal department, Denise has firsthand experience with the home loan process and has a passion for helping first-time home buyers get into the home of their dreams.
She is married to her husband, Lloyd, and adores her goldendoodle fur baby, Bass. In her spare time, Denise volunteers at the Fort Bend Junior Service League.
