Late last year, TSAHC staff started the important process of updating the mission, vision and values that define our organization.
Because our organization and program offerings have evolved over time, we knew the importance of focusing on our values and how those will guide and inform the work we do to assist families and individuals across Texas.
With that in mind, we are excited to share our new mission, vision, and value statements that we developed over a months long process concluding earlier this year.
We facilitate, preserve, and expand affordable housing opportunities for Texans.
Every Texan will have a place to call home.
Adaptability
By being adaptable TSAHC seeks to find better ways to serve our employees, partners, and the Texans we serve.
Collaboration
Collaboration shows up in every aspect of the organization: our programs, our processes, and our culture.
Integrity
We always do the right thing.
Resourcefulness
The key to our success is being tenacious, creative, and resourceful.
Work-Life Balance
We find time to bond and build internal relationships
To see our new mission, vision and values in action, we invite you to review our 2023 Annual Report!
