National Homeownership Month is currently underway, and we're recognizing the occasion with a month-long roadshow!

Whether you're interested in becoming a first-time home buyer or you've purchased in the past, be sure to drop by one of the home buyer fairs we'll be participating in this month.

These events are a great opportunity for Texans to find housing-related resources in their area including information on every step of the home buying process, like understanding your credit score, qualifying for a mortgage, identifying down payment assistance options, finding the right home, and navigating the closing process.

We'll be participating in the below tour of home buyer fairs this month. As it's National Homeownership Month, there are fairs happening all across the state. So, be sure to check out what might be happening in your area.

June 7 -- Homeownership, Health & Wellness Fair (Arlington, TX)

Hosted by the Hispanic Real Estate Brokers Association, this event will take place from 10 am to 2 pm at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Arlington. To register for free, click here.

June 14 -- Dallas Home Buyer Fair (Dallas, TX)

If you don't see your area represented, there could still be a fair happening nearby. Check with your city, county, or a local housing counselor organization to see if there are any home buyer fairs or homeownership month events planned.

And be sure to check On the House throughout June as we honor and celebrate homeownership month!
