Hi I’m looking forward to becoming a first time homebuyer..I’m a veteran and I qualify for a full property tax waiver as a disabled veteran..I have approximately 2000 cash in the bank..I would like to use my VA with no funding fee and no down pymt but I don’t have money for the closing costs..how can I use your programs..Thank you
