Hi George, our down payment assistance options can be used towards closing costs if needed! You’ve already taken our eligibility quiz (https://www.tsahc.org/homebuyers-renters/take-the-eligibility-quiz) and found that you qualify for our programs, then the next step for you will be to find a TSAHC-approved mortgage lender so you can get pre-approved to buy a home using our programs: https://www.tsahc.org/homebuyers-renters/find-a-lender. If you have any questions, feel free to give our homeownership team a call at 877-508-4611.
