In partnership with the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country and Connective, TSAHC is providing additional down payment assistance up to $145,000 to individuals and families displaced by the July 4th flooding in Kerr County and Comfort, Texas.
Join us for a free REALTOR® training (includes 1 CE credit!) to learn how TSAHC’s home buyer programs, including down payment assistance and mortgage credit certificates, can be combined with Rebuild Kerr grant funds. Boxed lunches, tea and bottled water provided!
