3 Year, Best of Denton County Winner Stacy Lynn Schriever will be instructing this 2-day class.  REALTORS completing both days of training will receive their Texas Affordable Housing Specialist designation, which they can list on any marketing materials going forward. In addition to the valuable formal instruction, REALTORS will also be able to engage with industry experts in the fields of finance, renovation, insurance, title and more.

Course Schedule

• Day 1 (April 15)- TAHS: FHA Lending & Fair Housing
• Day 2 (April 16)- TAHS : United Texas Home Buyer Financing Resources

Class time will be from 10am-5pm on both days, and each day is worth 6 CE hours. Lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided both days. 

Course Registration and Payment

Space is limited to the first 25 registrants. Participants will register for both courses simultaneously, and the cost to participate is $175 to receive all 12 CE hours.
