Finding the right loan officer and REALTOR® is an important first step toward buying a home.

Your loan officer will walk you through the process, answer your questions, and help match you with the TSAHC programs that best fit your needs. Its important to note that home buyers must work with a loan officer working for a TSAHC-approved mortgage company.

While you can work with any licensed real estate agent, we recommend working with a REALTOR® who has completed TSAHC training and understands how our programs work.
