TSAHC’s Single Family Rental Program provides households meeting certain eligibility requirements with affordable, below-market rental homes in the following areas: Austin, San Antonio, Ft. Worth, Denton and Flint.
Homes available through the program are all in areas with higher than average median incomes, with access to good schools, grocery stores and other services nearby.
To be eligible, households must earn at or below 80% of the area median income in the Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Denton areas, and at or below 120% of the area median income in Flint.
Applicants must have a good rental history and meet other basic eligibility requirements.
