Offered in partnership with the Corporation for Supportive Housing, the Institute provides in-depth training and technical assistance to developers, service providers and property managers interested in creating and operating supportive housing in their communities.

For the 2024 Institute, TSAHC will be accepting development teams on a statewide basis, with a focus on teams serving special populations or located in smaller markets. However, we will accept and consider applications for all types of supportive housing developments no matter the geographic location or population(s) served.

The institute is free, and it will take place in a hybrid model of virtual and in-person sessions from October 2024 to February 2025. In-person sessions will be held in October 2024 and February 2025 at a location TBD. Virtual sessions will be held November 2024 – January 2025.

Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 16th.
