TSAHC has increased the Mortgage Credit Certificate rate for first-time homebuyers from 35% to 40%. This will help homeowners increase their ability to achieve the full benefit of an annual $2,000 federal tax credit available to them each year under the Mortgage Credit Certificate Program.
