The Corporation is publishing for public comment the draft of the 2024 Guidelines, Scoring Criteria and Targeted Housing Needs for the Allocation of Qualified Residential Rental Project Tax Exempt Bonds under the Multifamily Housing Private Activity Bond Program Request for Proposals and the 501(c)(3) Bond Program Policies. The draft was approved for publication by the Board of Directors at the June Board Meeting held on June 20, 2023.

All public comment or questions about the Draft Policies and RFP may be submitted via email to ddanenfelzer@tsahc.org. The Corporation will include written public comments received before August 11, 2023 in its final recommendations to the Board of Directors at the August Board Meeting.
