TSAHC and a team of subject matter experts have teamed up to provide a free on-demand training focusing on heirs' property and estate planning issues. This training will equip housing counselors and other community resource providers with the tools they need to incorporate estate planning topics into their home buyer education curriculum. Participants will also receive information on how to develop referral networks to connect heirs' property clients with appropriate legal services.
This module-based training takes approximately 5-6 hours to complete and may be taken all at once or in phases. Each module includes quizzes and a final test to track each participant's learning and progress. Tests may be taken as many times as needed.
