2025 Grantees

On January 29, 2025, TSAHC’s Board of Directors approved the Guidelines for the 2025 Texas Foundations Fund (TFF) and the application was released on January 30, 2025. Applications were accepted on a rolling basis, and a total of 85 grants were awarded at three different funding levels based on the nonprofit’s size and funding availability.

2025 Disaster Recovery Grantees

The Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation’s Board of Directors approved the FY2025 Texas Foundations Fund Disaster Recovery grant cycle guidelines, allocating $250,000. This page lists the organizations that received grants to support disaster recovery services.

2022 Texas Foundations Fund Grantees

On July 19, 2022, TSAHC’s Board of Directors approved the 2022 Texas Foundations Fund (TFF) nonprofit grantees, allocating $1.25 million across 54 organizations for critical housing support.

2021 Winter Storm Relief Grantees

Through a special funding round of the Texas Foundations Fund, TSAHC awarded $300,000 in grant funding to 15 organizations providing critical home repairs in response to Winter Storm Uri.
