Complaint Procedures

The Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation is committed to providing high quality services to the people of the State of Texas and to ensuring that all of its customers are treated fairly, courteously and with respect.  As such, TSAHC has adopted a policy and procedure to ensure that complaints from customers are addressed and responded to in a prompt, efficient and fair manner.

All complaints must be in writing in order to enable us to better serve you in processing your complaint.  All complaints will be reviewed in a confidential manner.
