June is National Homeownership Month, and we’re here to help Texans navigate the journey to homeownership. And for REALTORS®, lenders and other housing professionals — we’re here to help you market and explain our programs to home buyers.
That’s why we created the below resources specifically for our Homes for Texas Heroes program. We encourage you to take advantage of them to inform your network and prospective homeowners about this program.

Follow these steps to share a message on social media about the Homes for Texas Heroes program.

Twitter: If you’re a community hero looking for a house but worried about the down payment, TSAHC can help.
Facebook: If you’re a community hero looking for a house but worried about the down payment, TSAHC can help. TSAHC provides down payment assistance and Mortgage Credit Certificates to help you buy a home.

Homes for Texas Heroes Slide Deck (Train the Trainer Webinar)
If you take our Train the Trainer webinar (available 24/7), you’ll be able to educate others about our homeownership programs. And once you complete the webinar, you’ll have access to all of our training materials. Included among these is a *NEW* power point slide deck customized just for our Homes for Texas Heroes program.
