TSAHC is excited to announce Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas as the VISIONARY TITLE SPONSOR of the 2025 Permanent Supportive Housing Symposium. As part of a generous $120,000 grant supporting TSAHC’s educational initiatives, FHLB of Dallas’ sponsorship of the Symposium makes possible this year’s 1.5 day educational forum for supportive housing providers where they can learn from industry experts and each other about topics relating to affordable housing finance, real estate design and development, and delivery of supportive services.

With their grant, FHLB of Dallas is also supporting TSAHC’s Housing Connection training workshop for home buyer and financial counselors, as well as a new module-based training on estate planning and heirs’ property issues. In addition, the grant will help support TSAHC’s efforts to increase our resources for consumers through improvements made to the Texas Financial Toolbox website, and the creation of new educational videos for home buyers utilizing our down payment assistance programs. We estimate that these resources will help 10,000 Texas families each year on their home buying journey.

FHLB of Dallas has been a long-standing partner of TSAHC’s, first as a financing partner in our single family and multifamily programs. In 2023, they stepped up to support the inaugural PSH Symposium and continued their support as a sponsor of our 2024 Texas Supportive Housing Institute.
