Through the Texas Foundations Fund, TSAHC partners with nonprofit organizations across Texas to support housing programs that assist very low income households. To date TSAHC has invested $9.7 million to support the following:
Please note: TSAHC does not provide grants directly to individual households. If you are in need of home repairs or other housing assistance, we recommend you contact one of our Texas Foundations Fund grantees in your community. Click here for a full list of grantees.
TSAHC is now accepting applications for the 2025 Texas Foundations Fund grant cycle. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until 5:00 pm CDT on Friday, August 1, 2025 or until funding is no longer available. Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as possible to ensure funding availability.
We recommend that interested organizations review both our 2025 Texas Foundations Fund Guidelines as well as our FAQ document to determine eligibility before applying.

On July 16, 2024, TSAHC’s Board of Directors approved the 2024 Texas Foundations Fund (TFF) nonprofit grantees and allocated a total of $1,246,000 to the program for the 2024 funding cycle. A total of 82 grants were awarded at three different funding levels based on the nonprofit's size.
