Texas Foundations Fund: Winter Storm Relief

TSAHC is offering a special funding round under the Texas Foundations Fund for organizations providing critical home repairs in response to Winter Storm Uri. A total of $300,000 will be made available, with individual awards being capped at $30,000 per organization.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be a 2020-2021 Selected Partner under the Texas Foundations Fund or have received a grant between 2018-2020 through the HEART Program.
• Applicants must provide critical repairs to winter storm-damaged homes located in counties eligible for individual assistance as part of FEMA's federal disaster declaration.
• Applicants must provide all repairs funded by the grant to households earning up to 80% AMFI.
• Applicants must complete all repairs supported by the grant within six months.

Applications were due on Friday, March 26th.  TSAHC anticipates making funding awards in mid-April.
