In partnership with the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country and Connective, TSAHC is providing down payment assistance of up to $145,000 to individuals and families displaced by the July 4th flooding in Kerr County and Comfort, Texas. First-time homebuyers, veterans and active-duty military can also receive an additional $30,000 in assistance.
