TSAHC recently received a $45,000 grant from Wells Fargo in support of the Texas Housing Impact Fund, TSAHC’s loan fund for community-based developers. With this grant, Wells Fargo is helping TSAHC provide a deferred forgivable loan for Cady Lofts, a 100-unit permanent supportive housing community in Central Austin.

Issued through TSAHC’s Affordable Housing Partnership with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), the loan will support the construction of four units for extremely low-income households eligible for Medicaid Long Term Services and Supports. These units will help individuals with disabilities live in community-integrated housing, which maximizes their independence and improves their health outcomes.

We would like to thank Wells Fargo for their long-standing support of TSAHC and our programs.
