In celebration of Veterans Day, TSAHC will offer a FREE stand-alone Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) to Veterans and Active Military Personnel during the month of November. This equals a $700 savings at closing and thousands of dollars in savings over the life of the mortgage loan.

An MCC is a mortgage interest tax credit that reduces the amount of federal income taxes you pay every year. Benefits of an MCC include:

• Reducing your federal income tax liability every year
• Saving thousands of dollars over the life of your mortgage loan
• Qualified Veterans do NOT have to be first time home buyers!
• Can be combined with TSAHC’s Down Payment Assistance (DPA)
