In the county you chose, you may be eligible for TSAHC’s programs if you make at or below {{income_limit}} a year. Keep in mind mortgage qualifying income may be different from your overall income – so don’t disqualify yourself!

You may qualify for the Home Sweet Texas loan program. This means you may be eligible to receive down payment assistance from TSAHC to help you purchase a home.
TSAHC’s DPA Program helps Texas homebuyers cover up to 5% of their down payment and or closing costs. Think of it as a little boost to help you unlock the front door to your new home sooner.
The majority of DPA programs DO NOT have a first-time home buyer requirement.
