We’re more than halfway through June, which means that 2024’s National Homeownership Month is unfortunately coming to a close. Here at TSAHC, however, our celebrations are still going strong.

Next Wednesday, June 26th at 10am, TSAHC will be hosting a live webinar training for housing professionals about our Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) program. All loan officers, housing counselors, and Texas REALTOR®s are invited to attend.
Whether you’ve recently joined our network or are interested in refreshing your knowledge, this webinar about our MCC Program (and how it pairs with our down payment assistance options) is the right fit for you. You’ll also learn about the new credit rate of 15% and what that means for borrowers who use the product!
