Joniel Levecque has 27 years of experience as a housing professional. Before joining the TSAHC team, she spent seven years working for the Texas state housing agency and 20 years as a mortgage loan officer, mortgage company branch manager and REALTOR®. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate and mortgage industries gives her a unique perspective when educating families about buying a home.
Sarah Ellinor
Senior Manager, Homeownership Programs
Sarah Ellinor has worked in the housing industry for more than 10 years. Before joining TSAHC, she was employed as a housing/financial counselor with nonprofits located in North Carolina, Iowa, and Texas, helping families buy a home and achieve other financial goals. Her prior experience helps her understand the benefits of homeownership and the challenges facing Texas home buyers.

Frank Duplechain
Senior Business Development Specialist
Frank Duplechain has worked in housing and finance since 2013. Before joining TSAHC in 2018, he spent five years in personal and business banking, managing branches for two national banks. He is an LSU Tiger and Cajun originally from Beaumont, Texas.

Kayla Gillaspy was born and raised in Bryan, Texas—officially known as “The Good Life, Texas Style”. A part of the TSAHC homeownership team since 2020, she is dedicated to empowering individuals—especially fellow Texans—on their path to homeownership. Kayla brings patience, know-how, and a passion for making complex processes clear. From explaining financing and paperwork to celebrating each new homeowner’s milestone, Kayla finds true joy in sharing knowledge and helping dreams take root.
