Thank you so much for choosing TSAHC as your down payment assistance and/or mortgage credit certificate provider. Below is a list of resources that may be helpful for current TSAHC homeowners.
You will need to work with your lender to obtain a copy of your MCC. For any additional questions, please feel free to email [email protected].
Lenders: Please review this FAQ for instructions on how to download a borrower’s MCC from the lender portal.
If you refinance your loan, you must apply for a reissued Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) from TSAHC. The refinance loan must meet certain requirements to qualify for a reissued MCC. There is a $100 fee to request a reissued MCC.
**PLEASE NOTE: If your MCC Number begins with "TDH" then your MCC was issued by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). Please contact TDHCA to reissue your MCC.
