An Update on the TSAHC’s Texas Foundations Fund: Disaster Recovery Grants

TSAHC provides grants to local housing nonprofits that provide home repairs and accessibility modifications, including repairs to homes that have been damaged by natural disasters. Please note that TSAHC is unable to assist households directly with home repairs.  If you are an individual in need of home repairs, you can view a list of our local nonprofit partners here.

TSAHC is now accepting applications for the FY2026 Texas Foundations Fund Disaster Recovery grant cycle. The total funding available is $350,000 and applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis until funding is fully expended.

If you are uninsured or your claim is denied, you may file for assistance from FEMA DisasterAssistance.gov. You can also apply through the FEMA mobile app or by calling the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362.
