Lenders are required to participate in training in order to use TSAHC’s home buyer programs and to gain access to the TSAHC Lender Portal. Training is broken down into user-specific modules. The web-based trainings are approximately one hour.
Each mortgage company should designate one person to be responsible for granting access to and setting up passwords in the TSAHC Lender Portal via LoanDock. Employees must participate in one of our web-based trainings before gaining access to the Lender Portal. If you need to complete training, please visit our Training Portal and complete the module that pertains to your role. If you need help accessing the Lender Portal, feel free to reach out to your company’s Web Administrator.
