Step 1:

Visit the FFIEC Mapping System

1. In the Mapping System, set the year to 2023.
2. Enter the full address of the property to be purchased.
3. Combine the property's 2 digit state code, 3 digit county code, then its 6 digit tract code - this will result in the property's 11 digit FIPS number. See example.
4. Enter FIPS number in Step 2.
