Overcoming the Downpayment Hurdle - IN-PERSON

Event Description: You are requesting to host an in-person class. In-person classes require a minimum of 50 RSVPs for TSAHC to teach the class in person. Requests must be made 45 days in advance; available dates are listed below. 

If the minimum of 50 RSVPs is not met, we will teach the course via Zoom while the host and Realtors gather in person. In this case, the host would be required to provide the necessary technology for the class to be taught via Zoom.

The class is considered a “lunch and learn” and is held from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 pm. You have the option to promote your organization for the first 15 minutes, and the CE portion will begin once your introduction is complete. It is encouraged that hosts provide attendees with refreshments. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before class to set up and greet participants.
